I believe that the strength of the LGBT+ community is that its members span every race, language nationality, religion, age, body type, etc. Mr Gay Europe gives us the chance to focus on what makes us a community and what makes us one, whole celebrating what makes us different.
I also believe visibility is very important. In my experience, just by being yourself, you can have a huge impact on empowering others to be their true selves. By being out, proud and confident, we honour those who paved the way, and create a clearer path for those generations coming behind us. Hope will never be silent.
