MGE is teaming up with SC Janus Köln
The Mr Gay Europe sports challenge is both about the sport and competing, but also about working together and helping each other to reach a goal.
In 2014 the delegates had to run, jump and crawl through an obstacle course in Austria, in 2016 they had to complete a tough uphill mountain race in Norway, in 2017 they played rugby against a professional rugby team at Pride Park in Stockholm, and last year in Poland it was all about precision and team building at a bowling alley.
It is challenging but also great fun, and this year’s MGE sports challenge is in the best of hands.
Peter Neuhaus and his husband will oversee the MGE sports challenge for 2019.
Neuhaus is the Deputy Chairman of SC Janus Köln. With over 80 sports activities covering about 40 different sports. The SC Janus e.V. is the largest and oldest gay and lesbian sports club in Europe.
Peter Neuhaus also represents the association at both National and International sports federations and sports umbrella organizations.
What will the challenge be this year? That is always the surprise – but looking at Janus’ many sport activities it could be just about anything.
