I know I said that mondays morning wasn’t my favorite time of the week, add thursday mornings to that list, at least this Thursday.

We were suppose to leave the hotel at 8, and we had a long day ahead. A day with three challenges and one interview. But first we had a bus ride and a train to catch, all together it took maybe three hours to get from Aquadome to Bregenz.

The first challenge for the day was the written test. It included questions about LBTI-history and other different things related to MGE and the LGBTI-community. This was the challenge that I’d been thinking the most about before the trip. I thought that this was a challenge I was going to be in the bottom 5. But when we got the test, and I saw the quisetions my worries dissapeard. I actually knew most of this stuff.

After the written test me, Stuart, Kiriakos from Cyprus and Robert from Austria went to the Festspielhaus to do our photo shoot with Markus Spatziers clothes. We were the guys who were choosen to do a radio intervju and therefore had to go earlier than the others. The photo shoot was pretty quick. We worked with Michael Fröhle as the photographer and the results, well at least I’m happy! I think all the guys photos looked great.

Dieter, the excutive producer for Mr Gay Europe 2014, took us four to the radio station and the interview was done in 5 minutes. Then we actually went to McDonalds since we had not eaten since breakfast and the time was around 5pm now.

We got back to the hotel and then it was time for the last challenge of the day, the Sport Challenge. It was a short obsticle course that each delegate were suppose to run once and as fast as possible.

We ended this long day with celebrating Dieters mothers birthday in her restaurant with nice food and delicious ice cream.

Stay Proud
Jack
