Aneta Sablik winner of the “Deutschland sucht den Superstar” (DSDS) performed at the Grand Finale of Mr Gay Europe 2014. After the show the Polish artist took time to met with Conrad Filas, the delegate representing Poland in the competition.
Aneta who has been on top of several European hit charts with her DSDS song “The one” did three songs during the Mr Gay Europe Grand Finale in Bregenz. When she learned that one of the delegates came from Poland she requested to meet the young man after the show.
Aneta also said hi to Max from Switzerland. After the show she wanted to speak to the MGE delegates.
Conrad Filas (26) represented Poland in the competition, and he was thrilled to meet the Aneta who originally comes from Poland. She was born in Bielsko-Biała, not far from Krakow.
– I know about the situation for gay people in Poland and it is not something Poland should be proud of, Aneta commented after her performance.
– It is really hard to be gay in my country and it is great that Conrad stands up and gives the young gay people a face. I support anyone who fights for the right to love someone.
