The lobby group GetUp launched this video in a bid to get Australian politicians to endorse gay marriage.
The video is shot through the eyes of a person who enters a friendship, falls in love and is later revealed to be a gay man after his partner proposes to him. It ends with the slogan, partly borrowed from the Whitlam campaign: “It’s Time. End marriage discrimination.”
Till now the video has been watched more than 7.5 million times.
