Hi guys

My name is Miguel Ortiz Vera and I’m the new Mr Gay Europe 2012 these are my first words on my blog.

First I want to say a few things, in my life I participate in a lot of competitions; rowing, running, swimming – and I never participate in this type of competitions like Mr Gay Europe.

In the other competitions my personal trainers tell me all the time: “Miguel you need to be like the wind to classify for the final” or “Miguel you only think of the prize” and I never notice the details around me, if I pay attention, I see the other boys speak with the others competitors and I never understood this.

When I arrived in Rome and I noticed all the little things, I realized the little things are more important than the actual prize. I now know new people, I speak other languages, I have made new friends, and this is the best prize to me. Being Mr Gay Europe is only for one year, next year someone else will hold the title, but the friends I made in Rome will stay with me forever. My friends, the experience, the happy moments and my personal progress, that is the real prize for me.

I would like to acknowledge the MGE organization for their grand work in Rome, without them all this would not be possible. I want to thank everyone for the professional and personal attention.

And congratulation to my new friend, Giulio, for getting the Vice Presidency at Mr Gay Europe. It is an honor for me to take over his last position as Mr Gay Europe. Giulio is an exceptional person, he is intelligent, a happy man and beautiful. He is in three words, the perfect man.

Tore is the other exceptional man who is serious when he needs to be, is happy for you in your happy moments, talks to you in the bad moments. He is in three words, the perfect boss.

Adriana. Oh my God, Adriana is the only woman in the world I would marry. She is perfect, happy, professional, intelligent, the perfect organizer, and beautiful. She is in three words – no, I need all the words in the world to describe Adriana, who to me is the perfect woman.

Hola chicos

Mi nombre es Miguel Ortiz vera y soy el nuevo míster gay Europa 2012 y estas son mis primeras palabras en mi blog.

Primero quisiera decir unas cuantas cosas, en mi vida he participado en numerosas competiciones, competición de remo, atletismo, natación…y nunca había participado en este tipo de competición, en las otras competiciones mis otros entrenadores personales me decían todo el tiempo ”Miguel tú necesitas clasificarte a la final”, “Miguel tu solo piensa en el premio “y yo nunca veía los otros detalles importantes que están alrededor mío, yo veía a los otros competidores hablando con sus opositores y yo no lo entendía.

Cuando yo empecé mi convivencia en roma en MGE yo veía esos detalles y me decía a mi mismo que esos detalles son más importantes que el premio, para mi premio era conocer gente nueva, hablar otros lenguajes, hacer nuevos amigos  y este es el mejor premio para mí.

Ser MGE es solo un año el siguiente año otro chico ocupará tu lugar, pro los amigos que yo he hecho en  roma se quedaran en mi corazón toda la vida.

Quisiera dar la enhorabuena a las personas encargadas de la organización de MGE por el gran trabajo realizado en Roma, por que sin ellos esto no sería posible y gracias a todo el mundo por la atención personal y profesional.

Felicidades a mi nuevo amigo Julio por ocupar la vicepresidencia en MGE y es un honor para mí ocupar su antiguo puesto, yo pienso que julio es una persona excepcional, es inteligente, es alegre, es guapo……etc. en 2 palabras, Hombre perfecto.

Tore es otra persona excepcional es serio en los momentos profesionales y es alegre en los momentos alegre, habla contigo en los malos momentos….etc. en dos palabras jefe perfecto.

Adriana….. O dios mío Adriana es la única mujer en el mundo de la que me e enamorado, es perfecta, es alegre, es profesional, es inteligente, una perfecta organizadora, es guapa en 2 palabras….no yo necesito todas las palabras en el mundo para describir a Adriana, para mi es la mujer perfecta.
