Coenie Kukkuk is a practicing attorney of the High Court of South Africa and served as a Commissioner of the Small Claims Court from 1996 – 2009 and as the attorney of Joburg Pride from 2007 to 2011.
He currently edits the social news network Gayspeak.co.za. He was also a founder director of Mr Gay South Africa (Pty) Ltd in 2009 and served on the board of Mr Gay World from 2011 – 2016 as Director of Africa & Middle East.
Sushant is a celebrated TV host, Video jockey, International Model, singer, actor, performer, columnist, Industrial Psychologist and a motivational speaker. Sushant has been bestowed with the Newsmakers Excellence Award (India) for his contribution to the Indian TV industry as a VJ on the 1st of May 2017.
He has been Mr Gay World India 2014 and has been one of the most awarded finalists In Mr Gay World’s history. He has been on several leading TV shows in India and has hosted several others. He is currently a celebrity columnist with DNA India newspaper and travels as a performer all over India with various artists. Sushant runs a successful company along with his mother, called RecreArt which provides corporate solutions. Sushant is currently shooting 2 shows and is the National Producer for the Mr. Gay India pageant.
Shiona has worked within hotel management, stage productions and is currently working with headhunting. As well as management she has worked with sales and marketing for years, project management, and is a professional speaker. She has several times helped out with the Norwegian Gay Pride.
Shiona was born in Scotland, but has lived in Norway since she was 5 years old. She has worked in France and Sweden within the hotel industry.
Her favourite motto is the same as Pippi Longstocking’s: I have never tried that before, but I am sure I will be able to do it!
Austin is an internationally recognized cover model, TV Personality, & gay rights activist. Some of his hit shows include ‘The A List NY’ and ‘Celebrity Big Brother.’ He is also recognized as a social media sensation.
He was one of the most visible figures in the fight, and eventual repeal of DOMA in the United States and later the legalization of gay marriage nation wide. He currently lives in Northern England with his partner Darren and continues to work for acceptance of the LGBT community worldwide.
Navid is the National Producer for Mr Gay Sweden, and is also known as one of Stockholm’s most experienced party organisiers. He is ambassador for “Nocturne Special Edition Sweden”, Executive Producer for individual events at Stockholm Pride, as well as CEO at Clean Event.
National Producers don’t usually get to be judges at Mr Gay Europe, but since Sweden doesn’t have a delegate this year we’ve invited Navid as a professional judge because of his extensive experience with Mr Gay events and because MGE wishes to involve National Producers as much as possible in our competitions.
Stuart Hatton Jr
Stuart Hutton Jr is two times winner of Mr Gay UK, Mr Gay Europe Runner Up and Mr Gay World winner. Along with his broadcasting training he is also running a professional dance studio in Newcastle, UK. Stuart understands the role of “the delegate” because he has been in their shoes and he also understands the role of management; therefore he brings on board “best of both worlds” as The Managing Director of Mr Gay Europe.
Tore is co-founder of Mr Gay Europe and now the owner. In his daytime job Tore is working as Editor-in-Chief for a local newspaper in the Polaris Media Group in Norway. He has an international diploma in journalism. Before moving up to Trøndelag in mid-Norway, Tore lived in Oslo where he was council leader of the one of the districts of Oslo. After taking on the job as editor, Tore has left politics, but still thinks politics are important for human rights; gay rights in particular.
